OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND METHOD
Our method includes prompt customer service, professionalism to National Air Duct Cleaners Association standards, spotless clean-up and follow-up after every job to ensure customer satisfaction. We clean the fan blowers, burners, cooling coils (as accessible) and the entire HVAC box. Then we circulate throughout the building going from vent opening to vent opening, where we cover and protect the work area, remove the vent and clean it. We hook up a high-powered HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) vacuum system for a dust-free cleaning, then send various custom tools down the duct run to scrub the dirt off the inside walls. The dirt is immediately collected into the vacuum system. We replace filters if provided and leave the place clean and tidy.
