One of the best things about the holiday season is the opportunity that it brings to renew the spirit of love to all. The entire concept of offering gifts to others gives one the opportunity to treat other people as special, with love and respect.
The Golden Rule comes alive during Christmas-time….”Treat every human being just the way that you would want to be treated..”
Especially in this internet age, the density of people in society is so thick that it’s easy to overlook the importance of the individual. So at this special time of the year, we hope that you’ll take the time to tell the people you love and care for that they are special and important.
And to you, our customers and associate companies, know that you are important. Thank you for your support over the years. And may you have a happy, prosperous New Year.
Best to you from,

This is a month for giving thanks, and the first thing that comes to mind is our clients. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to service you and your friends, family, customers and clients over the years. We are happy to have had the opportunity to provide you with fresh, clean healthy air. Day in and day out. As we get feedback from you about how our services have helped improve your health, safety and quality of life, we are happy to know that we have achieved our mission.
We are happy to announce that throughout the Holiday Season, our crews will be participating in a food drive to help feed the needy, those with severe financial problems. It’s one small way we can all come together to help those who have been hard hit by the economic struggles of our time. While the crew is at your site, if you would like to contribute to this cause, feel free to donate canned goods and packaged food items. We welcome your partnership with us in this activity to spread joy to those less fortunate.
In December, we will be offering Duct Cleaning Gift Certificates. If you would like to give the gift of duct cleaning as a holiday, birthday, or gratitude present, call us and speak to one of our customer service representatives.
Happy Thanksgiving to you All!

Did you know that dust mites thrive in warm, humid conditions such as in your AC ducts, bedding and carpets? According to Local Allergists, in the Los Angeles area nearly one in four homes contain extremely high levels of dust mite allergens.
Add to that the fact that a shocking 20 million Americans, or 10 percent of the population, are seriously affected by dust mite allergies every year, and it’s easy to see we’re facing a real dust mite epidemic.
Dust mite feces and decaying bodies are responsible for our allergic reactions. Allergic reactions can range from very mild to severe. If you have existing air sensitivities, your reaction could be even more intense.
Routine cleaning of your air ducts, bedding and carpeting are your front line defenses against dust mite allergens.

If you’re a seasonal allergy sufferer, you know that few things can drain the joy out of summertime like the misery of red, itchy eyes, continuous sneezing and post-nasal drip. These types of allergies are comon in the Los Angeles area.
Allergies can mean more than general misery for asthma sufferers, whose bouts can be much worse during allergy season—even life-threatening, in some cases. Allergy-driven asthma affects 10 million Americans, rates that have doubled since 1980.
Allergies are your body’s reaction to allergens (particles your body considers foreign), a sign that your immune system is working overtime. These allergens can build up inside your indoor AC duct system. Dirt and allergens inside your air system blow out into your work or living space, and recirculate, each time you turn on your air conditioning or heating system. Due to this factor, some allergy sufferers are more miserable indoors than outdoors.
But….. Warning! Not all duct cleaning services are created equal. The majority of the duct cleaning companies do very low budget, quickie cleaning. Cheap duct cleaning will not give you allergy relief. To
get allergy relief, one needs to choose a duct cleaning company with the knowledge, expertise and integrity to clean in detail. At Fresh Aire Duct cleaning, you are serviced by trained, experienced professionals. They arrive with a variety of high tech, specialized tools which allows them to scrub thoroughly, deep down the entire length out the ducts. Ducts cleaned out in this way, in such detail, provide allergy relief to customers.
Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning is in the business of helping customers obtain better health by improving the quality of the indoor air that they breathe. Let us know if you would like such help.

Living in the Los Angeles area you might be concerned with how clean the air you and your family breathe.
Unfortunately, there’s no feasible way to completely cut toxins out of your life, but you can significantly cut down your exposure by taking a few simple measures. And it’s worth it! After all, up to this point, you’ve come into contact with toxins everywhere, all the time, every day! Though there’s toxins in industrial foods and cleaners, there’s more to it than that:
The air you breathe is often tainted with car exhaust, paint fumes, and chemicals (like aerosol room fresheners), among other chemicals that build up in our systems over time.
I know it sounds overwhelming. It is overwhelming! Just remember:
By making small, realistic changes toward eliminating toxins from your life and body, you’ll be on your way to feeling healthier, and to getting toxins out of your life and out of your body. When it comes to air here are some good places to start.
* Air Duct Cleaning of your heating and air conditioning unit and duct system. This will eliminate all the old dust, dirt, mold, toxins that have built up inside your air system. Choose an experienced, professional company, such as Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning , who has the expertise to clean out the system thoroughly; and whose specialized cleaning process scrubs deep down the inside of every duct throughout the entire home or office.
When it comes to eliminating toxins, small changes in your lifestyle can make all the difference. The fruits of your labor are a longer, healthier life— I don’t know about you, but that’s pretty worth the effort to me!

We live in a time when people are a lot more aware of health issues. Following healthy diets, preventing health hazards are becoming more and more common. One important factor that we often don’t consider is the air we breathe.
By recent survey Americans spend an average of 90% of their time indoor (and if you live in the Los Angeles area the rest of the time is spent in your car in traffic), that means that 90% of the air we breathe travels though air ducts over and over.
Through use ducts accumulate dust, pollen and dirt. Once the air conditioning is running they also get moist. Over time, when dirt and dust is kept moist bacteria and mold can also develop.
Air circulating through your system the will then carry along these particles of germs, bacteria and pollen, bringing them back into your work or living environment.
In some cases even rodents can reside in ducts causing a health hazard.
Duct cleaning, correctly done, removes dirt, dust and other particles restoring to your air ducts clean, healthy air passages once again.
In addition to eliminating factors in your air ducts that could cause or worsen allergies, asthma and respiratory illnesses; duct cleaning can also improve air circulation.
